Out professional engineering services are covering every field of specialization necessary for comprehensive airport engineering services, JAC operates as an integrated, ready-to-serve multi-disciplinary airport consultancy.
Overall consulting services van be provided from the beginning of airport development project such as site selection, master planning, demand forecast, market assessment and feasibility study. Engineering services are also provided while basic / detailed design and construction supervision phases. After completion of development project, following advisory services in airport promotion, operation and management are also available

Your Team
You’ll be working in Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office in Vietnam as the chief representative with 3 national staff and some Japanese professionals.
Responsibilities
- Managing the representative office
- Marketing and promoting our business in Vietnam and South-East Asia
- Developing future projects
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the representative office, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Reporting to management and stakeholders
- Providing advice on future business decisions
- Leading the relationship between our business and external agents/ auditors
- Managing all taxation matters
- Adhering to financial regulations and legislation
- Reviewing monthly financial and management reporting
- Preparing budget forecasts of the representative office and managing projects
- Developing long-term business plans based on financial reports
- Developing risk minimizing strategies
Your Experience
- More than 20 years’ experience in a similar role
- More than 10 years’ experience (in total) to live in abroad countries
- Management experience in airport projects
- Engineering services in infrastructure development projects
- Sound technical and practical knowledge of project management or specific engineering field of airport or aviation industries
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD skills
Your Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor or above
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
- English: TOEIC 800 or above
- Professional Engineering Licenses (APEC engineer or equivalent)
